Sturgeon River Museum House

Located on the west bank of the Sturgeon River, it was established in order to promote, conserve and enhance the culture and particularly the heritage of the population of the Municipality of West Nipissing. With a permanent and temporary exhibit, gift shop, four season walking trails and boat launch and docking facilities there is lots to see and do.

 

Leisure Farms

Situated in the vibrant small community of Sturgeon Falls (West Nipissing) and stretches alongside the serene Sturgeon river. Leisure Farms produces fresh strawberries, raspberries, corn and pumpkins. Pick and buy fresh local produce but also meet and take part in various family activities such as enjoying a picnic, a wagon ride and/or roast marsh mellows on the bonfire.

 

Duchesnay Falls Trail

Duchesnay Falls Trail is a 3.5 kilometer moderately trafficked loop trail located near North Bay, Ontario, Canada that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail.

 

Heritage Railway and Carousel Company

The Heritage Railway & Carousel Company provides hours of laughter and enjoyment to 100, 000 + visitors each summer who stop by to ride the beautiful carousels and miniature railway at North Bay's Waterfront.
